OUTSIDE

• all openings that not used were fiberglassed closed
• Entire camper sanded and repainted
• Frame sanded and painted
• Camper lifted and solid axel installed
• New wheels/tires hubs and trailer brakes
• All new trailer lights installed
• 30gallon gray water tank installed
• Tool box installed on tongue
• New stabilizing legs
• Led lights installed around

INSIDE

• plywood floor replaced
• All carpet removed, walls painted and new carpet installed
• Bead board installed on ceiling and door
• Rebuilt all cabinets
• 12” memory foam mattress
• All new wiring 110 with 12v inverter (all lights and water pump will run on battery)
• Led lights run around ceiling
• All plumbing replaced with cold water tap in sink
• Hand held shower head with hot and cold (shower stall painted) new 12gallon city fill water tank and 2 gallon electric hot water tank
• Portable 5gallon toilet
