1991 Casita Spirit 16’

The cutest little egg! This cozy fiberglass camper is perfect for people who love camping and being outside, but are tired of sleeping on the ground (and out in the elements!).

It’s lightweight and super easy to tow (1600 lbs.). Clean and well-kept.

The furnace, AC, refrigerator, stove & microwave are all in good working order. The furnace was rebuilt last year (including new motherboard, electrode, burner assembly, limit switch & sail switch). The AC is amazing - our kids actually slept in while camping(!). The trailer brakes were just replaced as well.

The bed has been upgraded with a comfortable custom Southern Mattress Co. mattress, and the cushioned bench is big enough to sleep 1 additional adult or 2 smaller kids.

There’s a large storage cabinet with shelves, plus multiple overhead cabinets throughout and additional storage under the bed and the bench. It has a retractable awning & mounted rear stabilizer jacks. We also have a cover for it and a new spare tire.

This has been an awesome camper for our family, but we’ve officially outgrown it. It could use some eventual cosmetic and other minor updates (…couldn’t we all?!) and has been priced accordingly, but for the most part is pretty functional and ready to use.

No bathroom (…this was a positive, in our opinion).
