Selling our beloved 1999 Casita Spirit Deluxe 17’ trailer. Its desirable fiberglass design makes it perfect for the PNW and it’s light and so easy to tow! It has two beds and a wet bath. Our family of 5 used it for two years, but we’ve now grown out of it. We slept one adult and three toddlers on the larger bed and 1 adult on the side table bed.

We had no major issues with it and put in new flooring and reupholstered the bed/bench seating with custom fabric. We took out one of the upper cabinets and had planned to add some bunk beds but never got around to it. We’ve taken this all over Oregon and it’s bittersweet but it’s time to get something a little bigger. It’s great for a small family, couple or solo adventurer.

Clean title and tags good through 2023

Note:

-when we purchased, the seller told us the heater didn’t work. We just used safe space heaters and never had a problem.
-we’ve never used the shower
-we never cooked inside our trailer, but assume it works.
Someone in Portland stole my drain pipe from shower to grey tank, but that’s cheap and easy to replace
