We have owned this Scamp for a couple years, but our family has since outgrown this fiberglass beauty and we're looking to pass it on. The scamp is a fine original example and sure to bring many more years of enjoyment to its new owners. A few of the upgrades include:
• Added an electric element to the water heater (great for RV hookup so you don’t burn propane)
• Installed floating vinyl plank flooring down over the excellent original flooring.
• Added a factory available cabinet end with the Scamp pine tree logo. (I still have the twisted steel bars to go with the sale if you want to put it back to original.)
• New original style wheels and tires
The original propane heater had been removed by the previous owner to make more room in the cabinet, but I have it and will include it with the sale. We always used a small electric heater if necessary. There are a few nicks here and there and a repaired silverware drawer, but overall, I don’t think anyone would be disappointed with this Scamp. It has never leaked or let us down in anyway since we have owned it. I have tried to describe this scamp to the best of my ability, but please recognize this is a 26-year-old Scamp and is being sold as is. Also included, two adult large Scamp T-shirts, original documentation and various RV extras to help get you started!
