My sons have all outgrown camping with me. This has been an amazing camper for us but we are ready to let someone else experience this fun little Scamp.

Leakproof, no damage to shell, amazing vintage condition.
New Axle and Tires + Spare (less than 500 miles on them) installed at Scamp HQ in Backus, MN.
Lightweight and easily towed: Dry weight is around 1,100 lbs.
Sleeps 4. Dinette converts to double bed and couch converts to bunk beds (we added a rail for safety). Including memory foam toppers for all beds.
Exterior has been professionally painted Chalfonte Blue (from '62-'63 Ford Thunderbird).
Interior has been updated with new paint colors (greys to cover the dark wood and freshen the interior). Tore out old carpet and replaced with laminate flooring. Looks fine, but not a professional job!
Original cushions in great shape, fabric lightly covered with fabric paint to keep the plaid, but tone down the orange. :)
Standard layout. No bathroom.
The lock situation needs reconsideration. My great uncle was the original owner, and I was the 2nd. He put a padlock on the outside to keep us out when we were little kids and wanted to play in it. :)
Smoke and pet free.
2 burner stove, with new gas line installed at Scamp HQ. I also usually cook over the campfire, so haven't used the new line yet.
Fridge is an icebox, so I used it for storage and brought a cooler. Original pump faucet, but I haven't used it in years. Worked great last time I did.
Upgraded storage in closet (added Ikea unit with drawers). More storage overhead and under all seats.
Always stored indoors in the offseason.
Updated electrical and added outlet.
Jalousie windows, top vent. All windows work great and have intact screens, but the window above the stove sometimes needs a screwdriver to open it as the handle doesn't always catch. Someone handier than I could most likely fix this easily.
