We purchased the trailer 10 years ago and the previous owner had fully renovated the inside and outside.

Exterior
- Propane system including 2 stage regulator

The Table makes down to a double bed and the front bench seating makes into bunk beds. The trailer has a 10L tank for water that we used for dishes and hand washing. The only major change we made was installing a mirror inside the closet door. Everything works great, we recently had the roof vent resealed. The furnace has been removed
