Regrettably, due to health issues, it is time to sell our Casita. We are the original owners and have enjoyed many fond memories in it. It has never had pets in it, been smoked in or had harsh chemicals or perfumed products used in it (due to our allergies and sensitivities).
The trailer includes: 4.2 ft.³ three-way refrigerator, roof AC, microwave cabinet, wet bath, full closet, continuous upper storage, TV shelf, side dinette with captains chairs, gas range top with range hood, gas hot water heater, two 20 pound propane tanks, and the four seat table which converts to a bed. These cushions are like new as we always used this as a bed with a full mattress instead.
Extras at the time of purchase: gas furnace, 110 exterior outlet, interior convenience package, accessory package, sway bar, Fantastic roof fan with reverse, 25 gallon freshwater tank upgrade, Fiamma awning. We have added: Delta antenna, MaxxAir vent cover, Dri-Dek for the shower floor, LED light bulbs, battery interior lights, storage for pamphlets and catalogs, and an enlarged side table between the captains chairs.
We have replaced: subfloor with marine grade plywood, window blinds, furnace logic board, AC unit, water heater, water pump, toilet valve, bath fan, sewer termination fittings, vent caps and range hood exhaust cover. The brakes were completely replaced in 2020 and driven 5000 miles since. Any observable rust on the frame was attended to and repainted in a timely manner. The tires are Carlisle D rated in excellent shape. One has 8000 miles (06/2019), one has 5000 miles (08/2019), and the spare (06/2020) has not been driven on. The trailer was stored jacked up with tires not touching the ground and wheel covers on tires.
The Casita also comes with: Adco RV cover (new in box), blue 10 gallon waste tote, two drinking water hoses, one set of ten leveling blocks, 25 foot 30 amp extension cord, 50 amp to 30 amp adapter, 30 amp to 20 amp adapter, Rhino sewer hose and Easy Slider sewer hose support.
The certificate of origin states the shipping weight as 2385 pounds and the GVWR as 3500 pounds.
