This camper is my baby. I have traveled far in her with nary a problem. I once lived in her for a few months. So cozy. It’s not fancy inside and can use some sprucing up. When I bought it there was no stove. I’ve added a hot plate that does the job. It’s got a/c and a space heater that looks like a cheesy fake fireplace. Plenty of outlets. BRAND NEW tires including the spare. I put new tires on to run up to NM in June. Haven’t taken it anywhere else-it’s been parked. Casitas hold their value and better still they do not get all leaky like metal campers.

This style does have a separate bathroom with a door but it did not come with the toilet. I used a camping toilet which fits in there nicely.

There are no propane tanks. Whoever had it before me removed it. If you want hot water in the shower, you will need to come up with a solution.

I have a clean, certified copy of the title. I may or may not have the key to the door. I’m looking for it now. If I can’t find it, lock change is a simple fix.
