Clear FL title in hand, in my name

Never smoked in, no pets, no weird smells

Upgraded to two twin beds, see last two pics for custom shelf added under each bed for extra bed width, I still have all the original pillows/beds and shelves can be removed if needed

All appliances work great, AC has a heat strip in it and it blows nice and warm. Camper has a microwave.

Upgraded 6 months ago to off road Toyo Open Country tires. Has the lifted axle and larger fresh water tank.

Just installed a new electric jack and a newer battery as well. The camper used to have a Fiamma awning on it but it was damaged during a windy night. The brackets for the Fiamma are still installed; all one has to do is order a new awning and bolt it on.

Also has the generator/toolbox rack installed above the propane tanks.

Not in a rush to sell, the shell will be waxed with a ceramic coating in the next few days.
