3-way refrigerator, 6 gal water heater, propane stove, sink, DC TV, Stromberg Carlson rack, captain's chairs, wet bath, custom memory foam mattress on full size full time bed (but still includes original dinette cushions and hardware), custom curtains with light blocking shades, storage pockets throughout, drawers in closet, new microwave in 2022, recent tires, new AC outer seal, everything working. Includes Curt WD hitch.

The last picture you see is the bottom of the seperator panel between the bed and captain's chairs.
In the spirit of full disclosure, I wanted to post it and explain that the first winter we had the Casita, the outside water inlet wasn't fully winterized and the crimp rings on a pex connector by the water heater expanded just enough to cause a slow drip. The swelling panel was our first clue there was a problem. The connection was repaired and the damage is only cosmetic. The floor was unaffected as it is encased in fiberglass.
