Original owner.  Used for 7 summers, or roughly 100-120 nights.  Generally used for short stays close to home in Alberta.  Towed about 10,000 kms, about 50 kms of that on gravel.  Very light weight.  Always warm, dry, quiet, dark, bear-proof, and outhouses are not required.  Equipped for use in cool, higher elevation mountains, while usually staying at electrified sites.  Likely would perform well in the cool PacNW also.  Installing a standard window mount A/C unit in the cabinet above the fridge is possible by new owner if desired.  Current battery is a size down from original. I believe they would call this the F1 plan today, and should be easy for new owner to convert to a F2 or F3 plan if desired.  Price includes a propane BBQ, propane fire pit, long propane hose, hitch, brake controller module, RV-rated bike rack, two 40W solar panels, RV extension cord, wheel chocks, etc.  It's been a great trailer for us, we're simply moving on to other things.  Great for a single, a couple, or a couple with kids.  Bunks beds are rare and can not be added later.  See build sheet for specific details.  No trades.  Payment by wire transfer.
