Egg Outside structure: 10ft long x 7ft wide. Roof Height is 6.5 ft from ground to vent.

Main bed is 78" long x 49" wide ( 6ft 6" x 4ft 1" ).

Bunk beds: Bottom Bunk is 68" x 26" ( 5ft 8" x 2ft 2"). Top Bunk is 55" x 24" (4ft 7" x 2ft).

Lots of cupboard and closet storage space. Ample storage under beds as well.
