Our little casita is in excellent condition but needs a new home. Unfortunately, our family has outgrown it.

We purchased this camper last year, did a few upgrades and ended up using it once. Not because it wasn’t any fun, but because it is to small for my family. It is really unfortunate as this is a great camper. It sat the rest of the time in covered storage. I have used all the systems and everything worked as it should last year, however I have not tried them this year. I just pulled it out of storage and it is still winterized. We were going to put on exterior stickers (we were thinking some with mountains on the side and a compass on the front), but we figured it would be better to let the new owners choose their own. We have never used the awning. It has a ton of extra parts that I took a picture of. We pull it with a newer Tacoma with no issues.
Things that need fixed (I haven’t got time to fix):
• The electric jack didn't work when we picked it up from storage. I was in a hurry and didn't have time to mess with it, but it may need a new one.
• The outside water shower faucet leaks. I bought a new one and it is sitting in the camper. Easy fix, I just haven't had an extra minute.
We have never plugged in solar as we do not have panels. I have no reason to believe the system wouldn’t work.
