SOLD - 1979 Boler 1700 Trailer - $15,000 - South East Vancouver, BC, Canada

For sale 1979 Boler 1700.

This is the 1700RGH model. There is a wet bath (toilet and shower), rear couch\gaucho, front dinette, 4 burner Propane stove with oven, 3 way (electric\propane\12 volt) fridge, suburban furnace, 6 gal hot water tank, and two roof vents (1 is a MAX Air with fan). The dinette and rear couch both convert to beds (about double in size). There is plenty of storage, we converted the hanger closet to a pantry. There are 2 – 20 pound propane tanks and a 12 Volt deep cycle battery. There is also a 30 amp shore power connection. We refreshed the interior about 3 years ago. We painted the entire interior and also revamped the original cabinet doors to modernize them. We laid a new floor that is a lino type product that looks like wood flooring. We replaced the kitchen faucet. In the last 5 years the toilet, hot water heater\tank, and roof vents have been replaced. Last year we replaced all of the polybutylene water lines with Wirsbo PEX. This trailer is 44 years old and has a few spots where its age shows however it is in phenomenal condition. We are selling it because our camping style has changed over the last couple of years and we aren’t using it enough. Please contact me via email to schedule a time to view it. We are asking $15,0000.00
