Nice 2009 Casita17' Spirit Deluxe. Brand new 15" tires, good ground clearance, pulls straight and is easy to pull with my 2010 V6 Toyota Tacoma. 25 gal fresh water, 6 gal Hot water tank, 20 gal Grey, 15 Gal Black. Full wet bath, I removed the cheap shallow useless kitchen sink and faucet and installed a Modern 8" deep stainless steel sink with pull out nickel finish spray faucet, Rooftop A/C, Heater, Max air vent, bumper hitch, (bike rack not included) 2 burner stove, Microwave, oxygenator shower head, extra bath shelves and hooks, 2 propane bottles, Rear booth and center booth fold down for beds, lot's of interior storage, 4 scissor stabilizer jacks. Blinds aren't perfect (some bent) and there is not an awning. I replaced the charging / fuse control board last year with the latest and greatest model. New battery in April 2022. The exterior finish is faded but might buff out if you need the shine. Just did a 14 day road trip to Washington State and all systems worked flawlessly. No leaks, very solid rig.!
