The person I purchased this camper from purchased it from an insurance company with a cracked front tongue.
Escape had a recall for repairing the frames on the older models, at one point the recall was done on this camper but it was done poorly which led to a cracked tongue.

The person I purchased this from performed a complete frame rebuild and reinforcement. He removed the tongue and added 4' of tubular steel, hot rolled iron in both sides of the frame. The current frame is much stronger than the factory-built tubular frame. I just pulled the camper from Texas to Arizona. Pulls well.

This trailer has a restored salvage Arizona title. It passed two inspections in Texas and in Arizona.
