SOLD - 1973 Hunter Compact II - $10,500 - Seattle WA

I love this trailer, it has served us well!  I purchased it 10 years ago with the following criteria;

1)  I'm 6'2" so I must be able to stand up fully and stretch out completely

2)  It must clear a standard 7" garage door opening height where it has lived inside since we've owned it.

3)  It must be simple yet dependable as I want to spend maximum time camping, not fixing/fiddling

4)  It must be lightweight and trailer nicely

This trailer exceeded my expectations and then some.

I did an extensive initial remodel, see list below, very little time is now spent preparing to depart, set-up, breakdown, and return home.  The frame and box are solid, it does have 10 years of enjoyment showing but has many many more years left.  If you're looking at this ad you know something about these trailers.  Why are we selling?  We will be retiring soon and have purchased a trailer that we can spend months in at a time.  The Hunter Compact II is such a fantastic unique design, ours has served us well for many 2 week trips and lots of long weekends.  Let me know if you have any questions.  Kirk
