Super lightweight! Almost anything can pull this, somewhere around 2,500lbs.
It's a layout 4 with bunk beds up front. We tow with a v6 mid size suv. Very easy to maneuver.

It's in really good shape for being 23 years old. No issues other than a few small cosmetic things. The awning is in good shape too, no rips or tears. I have some pictures of it all set up during one camping trip, on request.

It has been really fun for us, but unfortunately we're doing a remodel and you know how that goes! We are going to miss it, it's been a different kind of experience to camp in something with all of the necessities. Very similar to a Casita!
