Looking to sell my  LiLB 13.5 travel trailer.  I have owned for 5 years.

Previous owner had taken off the original frame and had a professional frame made which is made from solid 4x6 steel. The frame has also L channel cross members. Adding this type of frame makes the trailer weigh roughly 1700 lbs. In summer of 2019 a complete 3500 lbs Dexter torflex axle was installed, at that same time the 13 inch aluminum wheels and carlisle trailer tires were newly installed. The hitch is 2 inch.

Driving down the interstate at 60-70 miles per hour trailer Is stout. 

Trailer has never been smoked in. Never.

Interior is near the same as it was off the showroom floor in 1991.

The dometic 3 way fridge/ freezer is small but  works using power, battery or propane. I have tried all three methods and find shore power to be the quickest to cool. On battery I used 100 watt solar panel would work to keep the battery charged. The furnace uses battery power with propane, heats up very quickly.

The clothes closet is very functional using hangers and hooks. 

The front dinette table can drop to make up the bunk beds. I have never used as a bunk bed. Under one side is a factory made spot portapoti, i have never used. The other side under the cushion is the fuse panel. 

The trailer is 15 amp. 

Under the main bed you will find on one side an 8 gallon fresh water holding tank by using the kitchen sink hand pump  to access the water. Has also a city water connection. The other side is the factory original awning with bars and string. I have never used the awning nor by looking has either the previous owner.

I changed all interior light to LED.

Two burner stove works great both sides .

The TV and DVD player(in cabinet) are included and work as new.

I have polished and waxed trailer at least 2 times a winter season. It would be hard to find a 13.5 foot trailer in this condition.
