13' BOLER TRAILER. Sleeps 3 or 4. New wheel bearings, tires, upholstery. Can easily be towed by a 4-cyl diesel or 6-cyl gas engine. New propane tank. 2-burner propane stove and furnace. Interior newly painted. (Refrigerator needs TLC.)
She weighs only 1050 lb. Hand dolly included. Her last road trip was to Calgary in June. I can deliver her to locations in BC's lower mainland.

This is a list of optional upgrades:
1. There is a large scratch in the exterior paint… and several small imperfections.
2. Shorty has an internal 12 volt electrical system to power the interior lights, the refrigerator and my CPAP machine. The battery is flat. I have never used it - I simply use a flashlight instead.
3. It’s a 3-way refrigerator: propane, 12-volt and 110 volt electricity. Right now, it needs repair. I use an electric cooler powered by the car battery.
4. The closet door latch needs repair. The closet hanger bar needs a bit of work.
