Was looking to pay 15k USD for maintained, 10k for less than maintained, 5k for one with damage.  Would pay more for a redone model.  I have been saving, so no need for financing, can pay cash in a bank, or come up with a bank to bank exchange.

Bathroom or not, not a deal breaker.

California, and neighboring states, although Washington is OK, as well.
