2016 13’ Scamp for sale. Unit is in great condition, with no issues. This floorplan includes a couch that can be converted to a bunk bed. This floorplan does not include a bathroom. Toward the back, there is a table and bench seats, which can be easily converted to a queen size bed. I’m 5’10” and my feet and head do not touch the walls when laying down. Included is a dolly, solar panel, and shore power cord.

This unit contains a fresh water tank, manual hand pump, sink, and grey water tank/discharge pipe. It includes a refrigerator, which can be powered via propane, DC (battery), or AC. The heater is powered from propane. There are two ceiling fans, which can be used in tandem (in / out) to provide good air circulation. Lastly, it includes a Fiamma F45S awning.

Within the past year, I packed the bearings, purchased a new deep cell battery and installed a DC plug (cigarette lighter style, as well as two USB ports), which also includes a battery health read-out. The tires are in good shape – no cracks, plenty of tread, etc.
