Looking for a Trillium 1300 or a Surfside TM-14

I would like to have a window in the door 

Would also like to have one that has structural integrity (frame is in good shape, cupboard braces are still intact, wheel bearings have been regularly maintained - repacked and regreased on a regular basis) and no fibreglass repairs needed (ie; leaks, cracks, etc).  

I’m not too concerned about the interior, as I would like to finish it myself (floor, cabinets, etc)

My budget is $7500 ~ $8,000

I’m on Vancouver Island and would prefer to travel no further than Saskatchewan.
