1981 13' Scamp. It has been stored and unused under a carport for the last 5 years. Selling because I don't have a vehicle to tow it, had to get a commuter car. I had some work done on it the first couple years of owning it and a few great adventures, then got sidetracked with other projects.
From what I could find online dry weight with no bathroom is approx 1,500 lbs. I am able to lift the tongue of the trailer and maneuver it within the carport.

New Suburban furnace

I will have a new battery soon and currently fixing a ripped vinyl area on the bottom inside main door.
There was one small leak on back window seal that has been caulked.

No fridge, old one was pulled out.
No AC
Original upholstery/cushions
Curtain brackets broken/rusted will need to be replaced

This is a solid and very popular little camper with lots of opportunity to make it the way you like.
