Layout A means it has two dinettes, so you can leave the larger one down as a bed and still have a workspace/eating space. The "Deluxe" edition has the nice birch cabinets that make it feel very cozy.

We're moving abroad and we're bittersweet about having to sell it. We're the second owners and purchased it in 2020 from an older couple in California. It has been hardly used the last two years after our son was born.
