1996 Casita Spirit w/ full front wet bath for sale. Great lightweight trailer with an entry level price for those interested in trying out camping! The dry weight is around 2,100 pounds. We towed with our AWD Honda Pilot and had no problem. We were able to get around 16.5 MPG when towing on the highway in Eco mode.  

Unfortunately, I don't know too much about the long term history of the trailer. We have only owned it for about a year but have outgrown it now that we have 2 kids. All the plumbing for the bathroom recently replaced and installed a new air conditioner with heat. Previous owner also installed a new electric jack with lights. Some smaller updates include a new kitchen faucet, microwave and stinky slinky storage tube under the trailer. They also removed the folding table over the bed and the exterior antenna.  I believe everything else is pretty much original. The hot water heater is gas and works well. It heats up within a few minutes but we probably only used it 2-3 times for showers. It has the original stove, but not sure if it works-- we just used a camp stove and never cooked inside. The fridge is 3 way, but we only used when connected to shore power. One of the few things wrong with the camper is that the 12 volt connection for the fridge seems to be broken. We also never used the fresh water tank, but the water pump turns on and sounds like it works. The new A/C and heat unit works well! Of note, there is no gas furnace or electric roof vent fan for the roof vent in this model. It does have a carpet floor, but it is in good shape. I bought some door mats and a rug to try and further protect it as well. No soft spots in the floor or leaks as far as I am aware.

Extras included: portable TV antenna, runner rug, doormats, bamboo shower floor, cooler, camp chairs, bedding, hoses, tire chocks, dish drying rack.

The only things that I know are wrong with it are:

    - 12 volt power for the fridge, button seems to be broken

    - The exterior metal vent for the A/C unit in the front of the trailer is cracked (I believe just from the wind when towing)

    - The door handle is a little loose, probably needs to be tightened
