It's only moved 15 miles since being delivered to me because I used it mainly as a home office. No pets have been in it.

In perfect condition except a few hairline cracks in the exterior gel coat. The cracks are purely aesthetic, don't leak, and don't compromise the functionality of the Casita. The Casita is otherwise perfect and still smells new.
