I have a 13' 2001 Scamp for sale. It has A/C, Heat, a sink, 2 burner stove, Dometic Fridge,  new tires, and a big Awning.
  It needs a good cleaning and a fresh coat of wax, but it has been a great little trailer for me. I lived in it for the past 6 months while trying to find a house. 
Fridge, stove, sink, A/C and heat all work as they should. It has a dual propane hookup that will run the heat/fridge, an electric hookup that will run everything except the heat, and a battery that is likely dead (never tried to use it)
It's super light, I towed this thing with a 4 cylinder Tacoma from Ft Myers Florida to TN without any problems.
It's located in SE TN currently.
