Casita travel trailer (camper), 16 feet long, fiberglass shell. The original carpet walling inside was removed and interior was resprayed with fiberglass sealant. The intent on this trailer was to use the original frame and trailer and rebuild it into a functional camper again. Many interior parts were separated as the walls/floor were resealed. The remaining original parts (see photos) are stored inside the camper and can be used as extra parts for a project or to continue to refinish this trailer. The padding that was used for table benches and side bench are nice with thick foam padding and waterproof covers with zippers that are easy to clean/wipe down. See photos for parts that are included. The trailer is not functional right now and would need a truck to come tow or assemble and haul it to a new location. Clean title and travel trailer tags. This Casita could be a great framework to use on land/farm property as a deer stand or hunting house.
