SOLD - 1970s 13ft Boler camper - $9,000 - East Vancouver, BC, Canada

We are selling our 13' Boler. Our family is growing and we just wont be getting as much use out of it going forward.

Highlights:
- previous owner had a brand new steel frame built custom (approx 5 years ago). Extremely sturdy, and sits slightly higher off the ground than most Bolers, this is a huge asset for the overall quality of the trailer and tow-ability
- electrical works for plugging into campsite power, there are outlets by the sink for charging electronics and interior + exterior lighting
- we purchased new windows for the front and rear (~$600 value) , they are in the box and still need to be installed
- quality comfy cushions throughout, the bed is surprisingly comfortable. cushion covers can be removed for the washing machine
- functional propane stovetop
- bed folds down into table and benches
- fiberglass is in good shape, just needs basic maintenance with age
- storage cabinets also in good condition
- Dry, mold free, and well maintained by us and previous owners
- Includes canvas awning and poles that can be rigged up

Potential projects, if that's your jam. The price is reflective of these things:
- we have never had the sink hooked up, but piping and reservoir is there so could be done by someone handy
- propane heater works, but is original and finicky. We rarely used this as we camped mostly in summer. Plugging in a small space heater if connected to campsite power would be a good alternative
- fridge is broken. Again, we rarely used it, just as an ice box really. Could be replaced or converted to a storage cabinet if you prefer using a cooler
- minor paint peeling on exterior - we had it covered in the winter and the cover pulled some paint off. This is an aesthetic issue only

$9,000 firm. Very good price for a high quality camper in good shape. We are hoping to sell quickly therefore have priced it accordingly.

Currently located in East Vancouver. Can be viewed this week, April 10-14th. If you are interested please let me know when you'd like to view. Hoping for a prompt sale, hence the low price.

Can include a few other things with the sale if you're interested: cabinet storage bins, couple plates/cups, carbon monoxide detector, 2x camp chairs.
