Biege & White exterior. White interior. Vintage cloth curtains.
Perfect condition — no dents, scratches, cracks or surprises.
Bought from 1st owner, a Long Island fireman, in 2015.
I used it twice, then kids grew up. Stored indoors since.
2023 NY Registration is current.

Brochure says “Sleeps 4,” — tiny kids maybe.
“Main” Bed converts into Dining Area.
I’m 6’2” and the “main” bed worked well for me.
Second Seating Area supposedly converts into bunk beds.
I can’t recommend the bunk beds. We’ve never used them.
Too small and I can’t figure out the supports — the vertical bars
are strong enough but have no horizontal stability.
Lower level would work as a small bed but
I think “bunks” isn’t realistic. We used an exterior tent for kids.
Kitchen Cabinets (small) above sink/stove.
Larger Closet is opposite stove, and more storage below seats.

2-Burner Propane Stove (Full Propane Tank included).
Sink has a Hand Pump — Water Jug source below.
Sink is plumbed for waste water exit.

Whirlpool Refrigerator— exterior AC receptacle pre-wired.

Keyed Entry — Key included - I actually found it.
