Selling our 1972 Hunter Compact Jr camper. This camper is 13' long and only weighs ~1,000 lbs so it is easily towable by most vehicles. The outer shell (original green color) is all fiberglass like a Scamp or Casita. The top pops up like an old VW bus. With the top popped up the interior height is ~6’3”. With the top down it will fit into most garages.

The kitchen area includes the original sink, two burner stovetop, and ice box. The table folds down to form the bed which is ~6’x6’. All electrical and plumbing recently replaced including a new 20-gallon freshwater tank, new kitchen faucet, water pump, PEX lines, and WFCO 30/50 distribution center and converter. Locking battery box has 2 Trojan 105 batteries still in great condition purchased ~Sep 2021. Tires purchased Oct 2020 only have a few thousand miles on them (Carlisle Radial Trail HD ST175/80R13). Trailer hubs/bearings recently serviced as well. Windows have also been resealed. Plenty of storage in the benches underneath the bed and in the cabinets throughout the kitchen area. 

This camper does not have a toilet though there is space to store one. There is an LP furnace but no AC. The furnace is original and does work though we have always used the little buddy heater instead. For AC I am including a window unit bracket that we used with a small window unit (not included) to set up once parked. Bracket slides into the window, and there is a 120v plug beneath the window. Just need to add your own window unit. The ice box is not a powered refrigerator, basically just a big cooler. 

Other minor issues are some tearing in pop top that would either need to be patched or replaced, some bubbling on the floor tiles to either replace (including extras) or the original linoleum is in good condition beneath. Some paint peeling on the cabinets inside as well.
