below are some of the items done in restoration:
Exterior:
* removed belly band and propane heater (holes were fiberglassed and gel coated)
* body and frame were professionally painted. everything was removed from the exterior of the body before being painted (including the frame.) frame was media blasted before it was painted. clear paint protect film was installed on the front of the trailer for rock chip protection
* windows were disassembled and all pieces individually powder coated metallic grey. the mechanism pieces were nickel plated. new gaskets were installed around each window pane. windows were reassembled with new rivets, the pane frame joints were sealed and the outer black trim pieces were replaced. new dark mesh was installed in the screens. the interior wood window supports were replaced with rot resistant marine plywood.

* dexter axle with EZ-lube bearing sand trailer brakes (7-blade trailer plug)
* cushions, custom cushion covers and curtains
* countertop with new sink, faucet, propane stove and plumbing (including fresh water inlet)
* propane lines, regulator & tank
* battery, battery box and DC inverter with battery tender
* all interior and exterior LED lighting
* premium vinyl plank flooring
* cabinet doors
* trim over the ensolate seams
* door hinges
* roof vent
* tires and baby moon caps
* trillium mud flaps
* nearly all hardware fasteners changed to stainless steel
Customized:
* custom grey water tank under the trailer that is tucked up into the frame for protection
* customer hide-away screen door
* electric toaster oven/broiler with a heat shield to protect the fiberglass
* storage under the sink where the propane heater was removed
* adjustable shelving in the closet
* cabinet door added to access the storage space under the closet
* custom wood and stainless steel shelves with low profile lighting under the shelves and dimmable LED lighting strip around the top of the rear shelf. poplar wood pieces that have a subtle green hue complementing the fiberglass interior
* dining table that splits in half for more interior room. the removable part of the table stores behind the bunk bed
* 3-way frig with stainless steel front
* extra 120V AC and 12V DC outlets
* interior light switches that have light rings around them. the light ring for the porch light illuminates if the porch light is turned on from the outside of the trailer. there is also a night light by the door
* rear receiver for a bicycle carrier. the receiver is tied into the frame to reduce undesired loading on the bumper
* battery moved from inside the trailer to the tongue
* electrical cord outlet moved to the driver side and a 30A connector installed with removable power cord
* fresh water tank removed to create more storage
The trailer also comes with a port-a-potty and the original bag awning
