Great little trailer. It’s in the middle of restoration, but life is getting in the way of completing the project. This will be a gem for someone who can take on the restoration.

Electrical

• Replaced all 120v elements: wiring, outlets. There had previously been a blackened outlet, so we replaced everything.
• 12v - replaced all turn signal wiring and that is fully functional. Internal 12v wiring is not complete, will include all the wire and supplies I’ve purchased for it.
• New 35amp inverter installed (WFCO model WF-9835)
• 2 batteries, not replaced and have not been charged in 2 years, likely dead.
• New 220v shore power cord installed, with 120v adapter included.

Propane

• Needs complete rework, with some cracked pipes. Original heater was falling apart and has been discarded. No refrigerator. Original propane tanks are past usable age and will not be included.

Interior

• New flooring installed, needs trim installed. I have ¼ round trim to include, if you want.
• Cabinet doors have been sanded for refinishing, but are not finished.
• Cushions are in good shape, with additional foam pad for main bed.
• Water system not installed. I’ve purchased a water tank from Scamp and all hoses needed, and those will be included.

Exterior

• Shell in good condition. No leaks or water intrusions after recent rainfall.
• Paint is in good condition, with a few minor scratches
• New ceiling vent/fan installed last year, after old one cracked.
• Mounting bracket for canopy installed, but no canopy included.
• The trailer has mostly been stored outside, under a cover. With our windy area, the cover develops holes and needs to be replaced annually.
• Tires appear in good condition, but the trailer has not been driven in 3+ years. Trailer is stored on jacks to relieve pressure on tires.
