Comes with all of the original paperwork, brochures, and receipt of purchase from the dealership in 1977. Comes with a Michigan Title. Bunkbeds fold down to a couch. Full fiberglass insulated shell so no rotting floor or leaking roof and only weighs 1375 lbs!!
List of upgrades are as follows:
New hulbs, easy lube bearings, wheels and tires, new custom upholstery and cabinet doors, fresh painted interior, all new LED lights inside and out, fridge, and stove.
The stove is not installed yet, I have 2 options for the stove (both come with the sale), one is propane and the other one is an electric induction stove. Needs a modern converter to replace the unreliable 70s style (found the replacement on Amazon for $200) and some touching up here and there. Last fall we took it across the country with a small car!
