Perfect lightweight camper trailer project. A few years ago I built out a Compact Junior that my family used until my kids got too big. Bought this one to build and sell but just haven’t had the time.

The good

• Fiberglass is still solid, just needs small repairs (random old bolt/screw holes filled mostly).
• Frame is solid, has rust but will blast off.
• New front hitch welded on a couple months ago with new jack (old hitch had a crack in the welding).
• Pop top hardware works fine.
• New bolts holding body to frame.
• Super light weight. With it gutted like this I can just pick the front up and wheel it around by myself. Original builds weighed around 900 lbs. Towable behind a 4 cylinder vehicle.

The bad

• Pop top fabric is done needs replacing
• Windows that came on it are mostly busted. I still have the frames if you would prefer to have them reglassed instead of buying new.
• Rear door is in rough shape. Frame and hinges are fine but wood needs replacing.
• Tires have lots of tread but I have no idea how old they are. Bearings haven’t been checked or repacked. Will get you across town for sure but should be checked if you’re taking it a ways out of Tucson.
• No title. Sorry haven’t gotten around to getting one for it. VIN number clearly stamped on frame.
