Here is a 1981 13ft Casita Travel Trailer. The bathroom has been converted into a closet by the previous owner. We felt that it was a good use of the space as we mostly planned to use camp ground facilities. There is room for a portable toilet. Also there's a faucet, fan and space for a cooler. We think this is pretty sweet setup overall for the right person who is looking for a vintage 1981 Casita. This one was made by Casita's founder.
