(Editor's Note: We have confirmed with seller as of 5/25/24 that the trailer is still available to purchase.)
Hi! This trailer was purchased in 2020 from Albuquerque, New Mexico in mostly original condition and was towed to Annapolis, Maryland where it was rebuilt and outfitted by the marine restoration company Osmotech, Inc. The company has been in business for thirty years and has one of the best reputations on the East Coast for Swan yacht restorations. They did a beautiful job getting the trailer to where it is today. It is a fully insulated four-season camper that has served me well. A summary of the work that was done includes:
- Three new tires (one spare) as well as full service of axel and bearings
- Rear left lower quarter of damaged hull completely removed and rebuilt using a custom mold and fiberglass with vinylester resin
- All interior lockers removed and rivet holes from lockers patched using vinylester resin and fiberglass
- Body as well as interior lockers sanded, faired and painted using custom mixed Awl Grip
- Body removed from frame and steel frame dipped and galvanized
- Original plywood floor removed and replaced with marine grade plywood flooring coated in fiberglass and polyester resin for strength and waterproofing. All stainless steel hardware was used in reattaching the subfloor to the frame
- Original aluminum side windows and door window removed, cleaned, and replaced. Still in great vintage working condition with bug screens. The front and rear windows are also original but with new gaskets
- Skylight refitted and replaced with Goyot marine deck hatch
- Original foam backed vinyl siding removed. Exterior underside and interior hull professionally sprayed with foam insulation
- Custom overhead panels
- New enamel sink and solid brass fixtures including faucet, cabinet hardware, etc.
- Original countertop extended and replaced with sealed butcher block
- Custom traditional marine teak interior including siding, cabinetry, locker shelving, and floorboards
- Custom 6-inch memory foam mattress with vinyl cover
- New 3-way refrigerator
- New electrical wiring for tail lights and three AC outlets
- Custom Sunbrella awning
- Red scamp siding decals to replace the originals never used for the exterior but I have them if you want!
I lived in this camper full time for two summers while farming. It was stored undercover in the off season. I was plugged into shore power and had three working outlets for the refrigerator and other AC appliances. The fridge can also accommodate 12V DC power from a battery or propane. There is an inlet for a standard hose connection, which provides water pressure for the sink. There is currently no battery, water tank, or solar panels, but there are designated areas for each of these should someone decide to outfit it as an off-grid camper. It has served me well living on a property where I had access to shore power and water and as it stands would work great for someone looking to do something similar, or use at campgrounds. It is a super unique camper, but I have no use for it at the moment and know that there is someone out there who will love it and take good care of it. Every decision during the remodel was made with longevity in mind, so I am confident that it has decades or more of life left with minimal maintenance. The title is clean in hand as well.

Feel free to reach out with any questions, I probably missed some details about the upgrades. Looking forward to hearing back from anyone who might be interested.

Is the trailer still available? I would want it to travel...is it up for that? It looks like no bath?
