The trailer was purchased as a Covid project and has continued to be an ongoing project as time and funds allow.  My wife and I have moved into a different home.  The HOA will not allow trailers to be parked for extended lengths of time in the driveway.  We do not use it enough to justify paying to store it off site.  Great little trailer that gets a lot of attention and questions.  I would not hesitate to hook up and tow anywhere.  Ready to camp.

The Good:

• New HSI Duratec torsion axle with 45* down angle.  Trailer sits 4 or 5 inches higher than stock.  Wheel bolt pattern is standard trailer 5 on 4.5in.  Axle set up for trailer brakes.  However, brakes have never been fitted.
• Three 195/75R14 Yokohama tires new rims
• New cushions configured for rear bed and front bed or lounge (as seen in photos).  When not in use, cushions are stored in our home and have no stains or odors.
• New custom curtains that maintain the colorful southwest theme.
• Small sink with 5 gal. fresh water tank, 7 gal. grey water holding tank.
• Dual Group 31 12volt batteries with on board battery charger/tender.  Batteries power water pump, portable fans, lighting, and 12 volt charging ports
• Howling Moon 8ft retractable awning with aluminum mounting
• Custom fiberglass taillight housings by Linh Nguyen
• Custom mountable side table for outdoor cooking.  Outdoor table and indoor counter both made with galvanized sheet metal
• Trailer polishes up nicely and needs very little to be complete
• Trailer frame is solid with only light surface rust
• New four-pin flat trailer wiring harness
• Clean, clear Missouri title in hand

The Not-So-Good:

• Needs center interior roof seam finished
• Front window has been replaced with plexiglass
• Air conditioner will work on shore power, however DOSE NOT blow cold
• Exterior red paint looks good from 20ft but far from perfect
• Heater is still present but is not operational.  Propane lines removed
• No rear table, no icebox, no stove top/exhaust fan
• Previous owner installed wood flooring that has become loose in places.
