Propane system removed and new electrical system installed with 120v, 30amp and 50 amp service and extra long 30' power cord. Extra electrical and GFI outlets added (7 total) and new converter/AGM battery combo. New Push/Pull ceiling fan. Interior opened up to allow for more space and extra long beds. Really designed for folks looking to use facilities at camp grounds. Rear window is split to allow for a wall mount apartment AC to be hung out back as needed. Comes with an electric only dorm fridge and Microwave and space heater. Has a 5 gallon fresh water tank and 15 gallon grey water tank. 12v water pump is new with the electrical system.

Total weight is 1800lbs and tongue weight is about 200lbs...can be towed very easily, Class 1 Hitch so almost any car can drive this around no problem. Can be moved and hitched by hand. No leaks, and recent spray bed liner paint in good condition. Ready for immediate use.

Hard to find a 16 foot Scamp or Casita at this price point, not even considering the improvements. This is our second Scamp...first one was a 13 foot- and that was fantastic until we experienced a stormy weekend on the beach in Northern California and that 4 foot by 4 foot section of floor made for an uncomfortable weekend. With a 16 foot you can actually step around a bit.

These are great little trailers and worth the extra expense- you get what you pay for.
