I am selling my 13ft scamp layout 1.

Unit is in Perfect condition for its age. Shell had a wash and treatment done in 2017. very minor exterior cracking due to age.
*Interior was renovated along with minor exterior stuff added/replaced as well.
-Installed a new upper cabinet above bunks beds
-Removed seal taping and installed caulk throughout.
-New stabilizer jacks installed on rear bumper
-Receiver hitch installed on rear for bike carrier and or a cargo carrier
-New front window and seal (In 2014)
-A/C unit installed in place of the fridge
-All cabinet doors painted along with furnace cover(used high temp paint)
-Replaced carpet with vinyl weather proof flooring, and all trim throughout.
-Front sofa/bunk coushins had fabric coverings made and installed
-New updated cabinet support(from scamp)
-New curtains custom made for camper throughout.
-New interior lights installed
-Installed a exterior light at entrance of camper
-**Axle replaced in 2016 from Scamp Factory**
-In 2021 I had the bearings replaced and brakes replaced, along with new vehicle electrical plug and breakaway controller installed.
-**all loose exterior pop rivets have been replaced and sealed**
-Installed closet shelving, lower one pivots to access storage underneath.
-Purchased new Scamp decals and installed throughout.
-Custom made panel over A/C unit with scamp strip and trees installed onto that as well.
-New Scamp spare tire cover.
-Cut to fit the dinette memory foam mattress pad.
-New propane cover.

New tires and wheels, I do have Red hub caps that go on the rims as well to keep the vintage look.

The bad:
Furnace works perfectly but Fan does screech every once in awhile.

Floor underneath A/c has been patched and spray foam installed, This is sealed up and floor is solid but want whomever is interested to know.
There is nothing to hide, unit is in excellent condition and will last another 40 years if taken care of.

Camper has been in the family since 2013. I purchased from my father in 2020, Selling due to our family outgrowing the unit. Camper will continue to be used until sold.
