Our beloved vintage 1984 U-Haul CT-13 could be yours (and just in time for Christmas!) We picked up this trailer 5 years ago and have loved making memories with our little family, but due to the addition of our second child, we have had to upgrade in size.
In the 80s, U-Haul manufactured a couple thousand of these all-fiberglass, double-hull egg campers to rent out, then sold the fleet. These are rare, and ever rarer to find one in such good condition! They weigh around 1200lbs dry, so most cars can tow.
We have worked slowly to make this little camper our own and are very sad to let her go. Modifications were made while minimizing impact. Floors and trim are easily removed, headliner could be easily replaced, and butcherblock counter could be modified to add a stove – allowing the future owner the ability to customize to personal taste with ease.
