Refurbished a few years ago, but has been lived in full time since then.

It is set up to be parked. It will take a few modifications to make it a traveling trailer.

The electrical and plumbing are all new and upgraded, there is a stainless steel counter and mostly wooden interior as well as a cold A/C and 25 gallon water heater

*Note: It is very small. Smaller than can be fully captured in pictures. And short. The interior height is 5ft 10in and a little less in the bathroom.
