1986 16’ Casita. My plan was to restore it. I’ve done most of the work for you. Many new things added.

-Removed frame, sanded and repainted with Rust Bullet.
-Frame inspected by Little Home on the Road.
-Newer axel installed by LHOTR.
-New hubs, bearings, trailer brakes, lifted shocks and scissor stabilizing jacks installed by LHOTR.
-New LED rear lights.
-New 15" Goodyear Endurance tires.
-New 15" wheels.
-New tinted polycarbonate windows and screens.
-New door handle and lock.
-Wood subfloor removed. Replaced with 3/4" plywood epoxied with West Systems epoxy.
-New vinyl flooring.
-Interior electrical partially done.
-20 and 30 amp breaker box installed.
-Stripped to bare fiberglass inside.
-Shell needs minor bodywork and repainted.
-No fresh, gray or black water tanks.
-Clean title in hand.
-It's ready for you to build out the inside how you want it.
