1987 16-Foot Scamp Deluxe with unique ownership history. As the 3rd Owner, I was the first person to camp in the unit in 2008. The original owner stored the unit from 1987 to 2000. 2nd owner used it as an office while building their home and did not travel/camp with it. I purchased it in 2008 and it has been stored in the dry climate of Southeast Washington State since.

Interior:
Front couch model with bunk bed conversion. Full wet bath, stove amp; 3 way fridge. Wardrobe, bathroom, kitchen cabinet and storage doors replaced with lightweight and stable plastic. Interior light fixtures bulbs replaced with LED s. Carpet has a stain from spilled water.

Exterior:
Axle replaced in 2015 and stored on jacks to remove weight on axles. Tires replaced in 2016 including the spare and only towed 300 miles since. Tail and side marker lights replaced with led fixtures. Bag awning is functional but the zipper is sticking. Needs a wash and polishing.
