1987 Bigfoot 20ft 5th Wheel TF-20DLX $16,500 CAD:
Bigfoot Industries made a 5th Wheel for approximately 10 years until the molds for these were lost in a fire in the mid 1990s. The factory was rebuilt but they no longer manufacture a 5th wheel. This one is the Deluxe model. The L-shape kitchen design gives more counter space. The dry bath is very spacious and the huge 3 rear windows allow for a great panoramic view.
This trailer spent most of its life in the Okanagan desert country. We purchased it 4 years ago and have traveled primarily around southern British Columbia. We have completed substantial restorations during its time with us. Here is a list of many of the features and upgrades:
- All windows were removed and resealed with fresh butyl tape. No leaks in this trailer.
- Replaced the old drop axles with new straight tandem axles and electric brakes.
- New tires.
- The ladder and roof rack were removed and resealed with butyl tape and reinstalled with stainless steel screws.
- All Gas line fittings professionally upgraded and the gas system is certified to code
- New awning arms, brackets and fabric
- Aluminum wheels
- New deep cycle battery this year.
- New water pump.
- New LED tail light assemblies.
- New auto switchover valve for the propane tanks. Propane tanks are full.
- New 2 way electronic start fridge
- New propane/ electric with electronic start 6 gallon hot water tank
- Electrical panel and converter were professionally tested and work as designed.
- New queen Mattress (60” x 80”)
- Replaced the bathroom fan with a Maxfan style fan.
- All interior and exterior lights replaced with LED
- The furnace and stove are original and in working order.
GVRW is 5000 lbs and it tows easily. A 5th wheel hitch is not included.
