1989 Scamp. Remodeled just three years ago and still in great shape. Has a comfy tiny home feel to it.
I've been living in it full time for the past 3 years and it's been nothing short of perfect for what I needed.

I've made some practical modifications to make it more efficient and low maintenance. For example the removable countertop piece around the sink with the 2 gallon water jug. There is a water reservoir with a working pump if you choose to go that route

.The two burner stove is great for cooking and also a great heating source. It does have a heater but it's a bit temperamental.

The refrigerator works with electrical hookups and propane but honestly works best in the winter.

There is no shower or toilet but I will include a therapeutic outdoor toilet seat.

It pulls great with my RAV4. it's probably close to 1700 lbs.

The tires have less than 5000 miles and the axle bearings have been greased within the last 6 months.
