Very easy to pull and store. Always stored inside climate controlled building when not in use.

It has stove, sink, hand water pump at sink. Two bunk beds in front, bed in back which also makes into 4 seat dining table. I made an extra long 3/4 inch thick plywood board to support underneath the bed mattress.

We installed hanging shelving (closet organizer) in the closet area.

Has 12 gallon fresh water tank, no furnace, no bathroom.

I added some “extreme quiet” bearing less fans in the ceiling vent, you can hardly hear them. Fans are 12 volt.

Inside lights have been changed to LED. Added 2 LED fixtures over the sink & stove.

I installed solar. If you don’t want the solar I’ll gladly remove it. 20 amp Victron charge controller. New size 27 battery and battery box last year. 120 volt electric hook-up.

All new wheel bearings, seals and hubs last year.

No leaks. Buffed, waxed and polished last year.

Has never been in winter weather.

We usually camp within 2 hours from home, so not a lot of miles on the Scamp over all.

Two adults used it, never any kids or pets. No smoking. We took our shoes off before entering. Carpet was cleaned last spring.

Reason we are selling it is we bought a 16 foot Scamp.
