This is a 1994 13' Lil'Bigfoot I'm selling for $12,500 (firm). Dry weight is 1,700lbs.  Tongue weight is about 240lbs.  It's a great little trailer. If you know about these little guys, you know how special this is. These originally came with a forward slung torsion axle. I've done all the hard work by having a new rear slung Dexter torsion axle installed. We added about 6" in ground clearance as well when doing this. Take a look at the pictures, this baby is in great shape. Everything works great. 

Some of the features that set the Bigfoot trailer apart from other small trailer manufactures: 1) Tank and battery cover up front, 2) Two propane tanks, 3) Sliding windows (windows that actually open), 4) Taller and wider (6'2" interior height, 6'4" at widest part of the Bed), 5) Automatic heater with Thermostat, 6) Three Burner cook top, 7) Hood with exhaust fan and light, 8) Three way fridge and 9) Trailer brakes!!!

Extras/Supplies that I have and am including: 1) Original awning, 2) a electric heated blue hose for cold weather camping at facility with hook ups, 3) regular white water hose, 4) a cut to fit 2" memory foam topper for bed, 5) leveling ramp, 6) wheel chalks, 7) new battery installed 10/22, 8) full storage cover and 9) Grey Foam Flooring pieces (I have just sitting in my garage.  I never installed as I'm 6'1" and didn't want to lose the 1/2" in height.  But, would be a very simple cut to fit install for a shorter person who wanted an updated floor with a little more padding and insulation).
