Hello there! I have decided to sell my dear Sage the Scamp (1994, 16') as life is shifting slightly away from RV life for now. I purchased her two years ago and put a lot of love and elbow grease into fixing her up. She is such a gem that would suit anyone looking for this style of RV. With the way I have set it up, she is suitable for off-grid living for up to a few to several weeks as the dual propane tanks, dual lithium batteries, and hands-free solar energy system provide it.
Here are some highlights:
Most of the interior has been replaced or updated: the cushions, 3-way fridge, furnace, kitchen table/bed base, curtains, handles, bedding, spice rack, light fixtures, plumbing, and a dry flush toilet (allowing for disposal of waste with no concern for human waste contamination), a mirror on the bathroom door, rug, and painting of cabinets, stove, hood, door, and door frame, among others.
On the exterior: a new dual lithium battery setup, dual propane tanks on a newly welded platform onto the trailer frame with a new regulator and hose, new solar panel w/ hands-free full charging system installed to charge batteries, new rims and tires, fully replaced new 7-pin connector and cord, new trailer chains, new welded footers on rear underside of trailer frame for stability when parked, and new spare tire cover.
Maintenance that has been done within the last year at RV mechanic shops: full inspection, updating of trailer brake system, bearing packing, and solar panel installation.
Included in the sale: Portable grey tank w/ all tubing and necessary equipment, two full sets of keys along with the locks I purchased for the rig, the basic kitchen necessities I stocked it with, approximately 15 of the dry flush toilet cartridges I purchased, and the bound instruction manual I made to help for quick ability to get her up and running.
I am looking at $18,000 for her and live in Denver. Thank you for looking!
